FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the GLRaV-3 ELISA kit used for?

The kits detect grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3 in plant samples. They are made for producers, nurseries, and laboratories that need TAS ELISA at scale.

What is the difference between Standard and Rapid kits?

Both include coating antibody (Goat anti-GLRaV-3), detecting antibody (Rabbit anti-GLRaV-3), and a long-lasting positive control. Rapid kits also include conjugate antibody (Anti-Rabbit IgG-AP).

What is included in each kit?

Core kits supply the antibodies and positive control. Full Standard and Full Rapid kits add all reagents, buffers, and ELISA plates. Antibodies, buffers, and controls can also be ordered separately.

How many reactions does one kit provide?

Each kit is supplied for 960 reactions under the recommended protocol.

What equipment is required?

A standard ELISA workflow and plate reader. Core kits assume you already have plates and buffers; full kits include plates and buffers. Ask us if you are setting up ELISA for the first time.

Can components be ordered separately?

Yes. Coating antibody, detecting antibody, conjugate, buffers, and controls can be ordered on their own.

Do you provide laboratory training?

Yes. Patho Solutions can train staff and advise on laboratory setup. The kit is documented so teams without a heavy molecular-biology background can use it.

How do I buy a kit?

Contact us and we will confirm availability, shipping, and VAT. There is no online checkout — most laboratories purchase through procurement.
